 Pied-billed Grebe

 Pied-billed Grebes can be seen on the Furman Lake almost on almost any day from late fall through early spring. In 2009, all birds were gone by the second week in April. The Pied-billed Grebe population is small, usually consisting of around 2-6 individuals.
