Lady Paladins Sweep The Citadel

Charleston, S.C.. – The Furman Lady Paladin volleyball team defeated The Citadel 30-12, 30-25, 30-16 Saturday afternoon in Charleston, S.C.

Senior Abby Simon (Simpsonville, S.C.) paced the Lady Paladins with 12 kills and 11 digs, while junior middle blocker Julia Fredrickson added 10 kills for Furman.

The win improved Furman to 15-11 overall and 10-4 in Southern Conference play.

The Lady Paldins return to action Wednesday night at SoCon rival Wofford.
