LADY PALADIN NATALIE THE NAMED SOCON TENNIS PLAYER OF THE WEEK

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Furman's Natalie The has been named the Southern Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for April 10.

The, a sophomore from Lake Worth, FL, led the Lady Paladins to a 3-0 record last week. She recorded two conference wins at the No. 3 singles spot and a 6-4, 6-4 win over Georgia Statešs Joanna Kriskara. The topped Western Carolinašs Erin John 6-0, 6-0, and Brooke McNamee from Georgia Southern 6-2, 6-1. She is 13-7 for the year.

The and the rest of the Lady Paladins will wrap up their Southern Conference schedule tomorrow against Wofford. The match will be played at Mickel Tennis Center starting at 3:00 p.m.
