FURMAN WOMEN'S TENNIS EARNS NATIONAL RANKING

GREENVILLE The Furman University women's tennis team is ranked 72nd in the nation in the latest WingspanBank.com Collegiate Tennis Rankings as determined by the ITA's average point per match computer formula.

The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) ranks the nation's top 75 programs. This is the second time the Lady Paladins have been ranked this season. Prior to this season, the Lady Paladins had not been ranked in the nation since 1994.

The Lady Paladins are 13-7 on the season and are a perfect 7-0 in the Southern Conference. Furman has won 41 of 42 conferecence singles matches to date.
