year, in which she led the Lady Paladins with 19 wins... Put in a lot of individual
hours on the court during the off season... Determined to improve and move up
in the lineup... Moving to a more aggressive style of play.
1998-99: Played primarily at No. 4 singles and earned a team-best 19-7 overall record... Places eighth on the Furman single season victory charts with 19... Compiled a perfect 9-0 Southern Conference regular season record, thus earning her a flight championship at No. 4 singles... Teamed with Jen Connell and Alix Refshauge in doubles... Key factor in guiding Furman to its second straight Southern Conference Tournament Championship and first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance... A SoCon Honor Roll Member.
High School/Junior Tennis: Led Shelby to three North Carolina State Championship titles from 1996-98 as team MVP... Received the J.L. Suttle Tennis Award during senior season and served as a member of the North Carolina Federation Cup Team... Achieved a state ranking of #3 in North Carolina... Attended USTA Nationals from 1995-98... A state doubles champion for Shelby as a junior and the state finals MVP as a sophomore...
