Greenville, S.C. -- Furman freshman Megan Dunigan and sophomore Meredith Moore are ranked in the Top 30 in the Southeast Region by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) released this week.
Dunigan, a freshman from Oak Ridge, Tenn., finished the fall season with a 10-4 singles record and is ranked 22nd in the region. She was a perfect 82-0 in her high school career.
Moore, a sophomore from Lewisville, N.C., finished the fall season with a 8-5 singles record and is ranked 28th in the region. She completed her freshman year with a 15-5 record at No. 1 singles.
The defending Southern Conference Tournament Champion Lady Paladins are picked 12th in the region. Furman opens its season on January 30 against Winthrop and UNC Charlotte.
