FURMAN WOMEN'S SOCCER RANKED 10TH IN SOUTHEAST REGION

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman women's soccer team is ranked 10th in the latest National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Southeast Region poll released on Monday.

Furman moves into the region rankings after going 1-0-2 last week with scoreless ties to Clemson and College of Charleston and a 4-2 win over Chattanooga.

The Lady Paladins are 8-4-2 on the season and will face Western Carolina Wednesday at 7:00 at Eugene Stone Soccer Stadium.

Furman holds a 1-0-1 record against other ranked Southeast Region teams as the Lady Paladins defeated ninth ranked South Carolina 1-0 and tied seventh ranked Clemson 0-0.
