FURMAN WOMEN'S SOCCER SET TO HOST WESTERN CAROLINA

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman women's soccer team closes out its regular season home schedule on Sunday by hosting Western Carolina at 2:00 at Eugene Stone III Soccer Stadium. It will be senior day, and this year's senior class will be recognized prior to the match.

The Lady Paladins are currently 9-5-1 on the season and are coming off a 7-1 win over Chattanooga on Friday. Furman is currently ranked first in the conference with a 5-1 conference record.

The Lady Paladins are ranked tenth in the Southeast region by both the NSCAA and Soccer Buzz.

Western Carolina enters the match with an 11-4 overall record and a 5-2 mark in the conference. The Catamounts lost to Wofford on Friday 1-0.
