FURMAN-SOUTH CAROLINA WOMENıS SOCCER RESCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY

GREENVILLE, SC -- Furman's women's soccer match at South Carolina, originally scheduled for Wednesday night, has been rescheduled for Friday, September 14 at 7:00. The match was postponed due to the tragic events on Tuesday.

"The events that have occurred in the last few days make college soccer seem so small," said head coach Brian Lee."But I think that it is important to try to return to some sense of routine, so we can make the effort to move forward."

The Lady Paladins are currently 3-1 after a 3-1 victory at Coastal Carolina. Furman is looking for its fifth consecutive win over an SEC opponent dating back to wins over Vanderbilt, Mississippi St., and South Carolina last season and a 2-1 victory over Vanderbilt again this year.
