FURMAN WOMEN'S SOCCER RANKED IN REGION

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman women's soccer team is ranked eighth in the latest NSCAA and Soccer Buzz Southeast Region Rankings. Furman, which had been seventh for the past three weeks, flipped spots with South Carolina in this week's rankings.

The Lady Paladins, off to their best start in school history, are 9-2 on the season. Furman lost 4-3 in overtime to South Carolina last week in Columbia.

Furman now turns its attention to the Southern Conference race. The Lady Paladins next six matches are against Southern Conference teams with Wofford coming to Greenville for a match Tuesday night at 7 p.m.
