FURMAN WOMEN'S SOCCER RANKED IN REGION

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman women's soccer team is ranked seventh in the both the NSCAA and Soccer Buzz Southeast Regional Rankings. The Lady Paladins moved up one spot in the NSCAA poll and remained the same in the Soccer Buzz poll after finishing second in the Clemson/Nike Invitational last weekend. The ranking is the highest ever for Furman by the NSCAA.

The Lady Paladins, off to their best start in school history, are 4-1 on the season. Furman downed Princeton 2-0 and lost in overtime to Richmond, the eventual champions of the Nike/Clemson Invitational.
