Lady Paladin Goalkeeper Ranked In Region

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Lady Paladin goalkeeper Jen McNutt is ranked in both saves and Goals Against Average in the latest South Region soccer rankings. McNutt, a junior from Pleasanton, Calif., has recorded 48 saves on the year and is ranked fourth in the region. Her Goals Against Average of 1.00 places McNutt tenth, while her three shutouts are third-best in the South Region.

"Jen has played well this season," Furman head coach Brian Lee said. "She has done a great job keeping us close in some tough matches."

Furman is also ranked seventh in the Region in average home attendance with 412 spectators a game. The Lady Paladins are 4-3-1 on the season and hold a 1-1 conference mark. Furman travels to Columbia Wednesday to face South Carolina and will host Florida State Sunday.
