FURMAN RANKED TENTH IN PRESEASON POLL

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman men's soccer team is ranked tenth in the nation in the Soccer America Top 25 Poll released on Tuesday.

Virginia tops the Soccer America ranking followed by North Carolina, Stanford, and Indiana.

Furman was also ranked tenth in the nation according to the College Soccer News Top 25 Poll and was ranked 23rd in the nation by the NSCAA Top 25 Poll, both of which were released on Tuesday.

Furman returns to action this weekend as it hosts the Spinx/Land Rover Invitational. Furman will face Butler on Friday at 7:30 p.m., and will take on #19 Creighton on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. Also invited to the tournament is #23 Kentucky.
