GREENVILLE -- The tenth ranked Furman men's soccer team will host Appalachian State on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. at Eugene Stone Soccer Stadium on Bank of America Night. Tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for children.
The Paladins are 7-1-1 on the year and ranked tenth by Soccer America and College Soccer News. Furman leads the SoCon with a perfect 3-0 mark this season and brings a conference record 36-match SoCon unbeaten streak to the match.
Appalachian State is 5-1-1 on the year and is opening its conference season on Wednesday. The Mountaineers have impressive wins over William and Mary, Vanderbilt, and Army this season.
Furman's Chefik Simo leads the Paladins in total points with 15, while Anthony Esquivel and Scott Hoch lead the Paladins with five goals each.
