Furman Men's Soccer Ranked 19th In Nation

GREENVILLE, SC -- The Furman men's soccer team is ranked 19th in the nation in the latest Soccer America poll.

Furman, who opened the season ranked 16th the nation, is 2-0-1 after defeating UAB 1-0, #15 Bowling Green 1-0, and tying Ohio State 0-0. Goalkeeper Ronnie Pacale has recorded three shutouts in three matches this season. He was named Southern Conference Player of the Week for his three shutout performance.

Furman is also ranked 18th in the nation in the Soccer News Poll.

The Paladins host Southern Conference foe College of Charleston in their conference opener Wednesday at 7 p.m.
