GREENVILLE, SC -- Paladin forward Brent Rosser was one of 11 players selected to the Soccer America Team-of-the-Week Wednesday.
Rosser, a junior from Cincinnati, Ohio, scored the game-winner and recorded an assist as Furman beat Wake Forest last Saturday. Rosser, a first time selection to the Team-of-the-Week, has started six of nine matches for the 20th ranked Paladins this season and has two goals and two assists on the year.
"I am excited for Brent," Furman head coach Doug Allison said. "It is a thrill for one of our players to be recognized like that. He had an excellent game against Wake Forest and certainly deserved this award."
