WILL, D'ALESSIO, AND JACKSON EARN EXEMPT CARDS;
HANNA GETS NON-EXEMPT STATUS


DAYTONA BEACH, Florida -- Four former Furman golfers earned LPGA tour cards in the final round of the LPGA Qualifying Tournament on Friday.

Maggie Will ('87) and Diana DıAlessio ('97) will return to the LPGA tour will exempt cards after tying for fifth at 282 and winning $3,335 each in the LPGA Final Qualifying Tournament at the LPGA International Legends Course in Daytona Beach, Fla.In addition rookie Brandi Jackson, a 2003 Furman graduate, sank a 20-foot putt on the 18th hole to finish 17th at 284 and avoid a playoff for the final exempt spots.

Jen Hanna, a 1998 Furman grad and first-team All-America pick was also in the Qualifying Tournament and finished at 289 to earn a non-exempt card for the 2004 LPGA season.
