FURMAN GOLFER BUDDY DAVIS EARNS SECOND PLAYER OF THE WEEK NOD

SPARTANBURG, South Carolina -- Furman Paladin Buddy Davis earned his second consecutive Southern Conference Golfer of the Week award on Wednesday.

A junior from Orlando, Fla., Davis finished in a tie for 10th at the Bradford Creek Intercollegiate on March 30, following rounds of 73-74-75. Davis¹ performance helped the Paladins to a fifth-place showing in the field of 18, and moved Davis¹ season stroke average to 75.35.

The Paladins are in action again April 11-12 at the Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, S.C., as they compete for the Wofford Invitational title.
