COMCAST/CHARTER SPORTS SOUTHEAST (CSS)
TO CARRY FURMAN-ELON GAME

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Furman's Saturday 2003 season opening game against Elon will be syndicated by The Football Network (TFN) for live broadcast over Comcast/Charter Sports Southeast's network, it has been announced.

Veteran broadcaster Bob Rathbun will call the play-by-play and former Notre Dame and Michigan assistant coach Bob Chmiel will provide color analysis.

Kickoff for Saturday’s game between the NCAA I-AA eighth-ranked Paladins and Phoenix is scheduled for 7:07 p.m. at Paladin Stadium.

CSS, a joint venture of Comcast Corporation and Charter Communications, the nation's third and fourth-largest cable providers,respectively, is a 24-hour regional sports network that is available to over 3.1 million subscribers in nine southeastern states.
