FURMAN REMAINS SIXTH IN
SPORTS NETWORK NCAA I-AA POLL

GREENVILLE -- The Furman Paladins, a 35-21 winner over VMI last Saturday, remained sixth in the Sports Network NCAA I-AA poll, which was released today.

Two other Southern Conference teams are also ranked in the Top 10, with Georgia Southern No. 2 and Appalachian State No. 7.

Furman, now 4-0 on the 2000 season, returns to action this Saturday when it hosts Western Carolina at Paladin Stadium in a 2:00 p.m. contest.
