GREENVILLE -- Furman University's men's basketball team will scrimmage Saturday morning at Timmons Arena beginning at 11:00 a.m. Admission is free.

Furman returns eight lettermen and four starters off last year's squad that posted a 14-18 record and advanced to the Southern Conference Tournament semifinals. Led by Basketball News Southern Conference Preseason Player-of-the-Year forward Karim Souchu, the Paladins open the season on Nov. 18 against Atlanta Christian.
