FURMAN TO FACE LITHUANIAN SQUAD
IN BASKETBALL EXHIBITION GAME THURSDAY

GREENVILLE -- Furman University's men's basketball team faces its second opponent of the exhibition season Thursday night when it hosts Lithuanian club team Alytus Alita at Timmons Arena beginning at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.

In its exhibition opener last Saturday, Furman defeated Belorussia 75-70 behind Kyle Julius' game high 21 points.

The Paladins open the 1999 season on Nov. 20 when they host Southeastern College in a 1:00 p.m. game.
