FURMAN HOSTS COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON ON CSS THIS SATURDAY

Greenville, S.C.­ Furman will host Southern Conference leader College of Charleston on Saturday in a game to be televised live throughout the southeast on CSS at 2:00 p.m.

The Cougars (32-8, 16-2) enter this weekend's three-game series as the 24th ranked team in the country, according to the latest NCBWA ratings.

Furman (17-22, 8-10) is on a six game winning streak, entering Saturday's game, including a 14-0 pounding of Charleston Southern on Wednesday.

CSS will broadcast Saturday's game beginning at 2:00 p.m. from Furman Baseball Stadium in Greenville. Providing the call will be Chuck Hussion and John Ingles.

The two teams will continue the three-game series with another game 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game on Saturday and will conclude the series on Sunday with a 1:00 p.m. contest.
