freshman, making 20 appearances and earning 10 starts...went 5.0 innings to
earn his first collegiate victory in a 25-18 win at VMI...surrendered only one
earned run over eight innings to defeat Western Carolina 8-5...pitched 7.1 innings
to gain the victory in 7-6 decision over Appalachian State...fourth win came
in a 4-1 decision at Wofford. High School/Personal: Played under Pat
McCarthy at Zionsville Community High School...20-3 record in his final two
seasons...named team MVP, All-Conference, and All-State as a senior...full name
